Acceptance of terms
Welcome to PestPro. The website pestpro.store (the "Site") and the products sold through it are operated by Pest Pro ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Eligibility & account
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase from the Site. You may create an optional account to manage orders and shipping addresses. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
Products & pricing
We make every effort to display products and prices accurately. Colors, finishes, and product photography are reproduced as faithfully as possible but may vary slightly from the physical item. Prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Promotional pricing applies only while displayed and may be limited per customer.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock shortages.
Orders & payment
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We will confirm acceptance by email once payment has been processed. Payment is collected at checkout through our payment processors (Shopify Payments, PayPal, and others displayed at checkout). You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the order total, including taxes and shipping where applicable.
Orders can be modified or cancelled within one (1) hour of being placed. After that, the order is handed to our fulfillment partner and will be processed as a return if cancellation is needed.
Shipping
Orders are shipped from our international fulfillment center. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for purchased items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Free shipping applies to qualifying orders over $29 within the continental United States; other regions are charged flat shipping calculated at checkout.
Returns & refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. In short, PestPro is backed by a 60-day money-back guarantee.
2-year warranty
Every PestPro unit is covered against manufacturing defects for twenty-four (24) months from the date of delivery. Warranty claims must include the original order number. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, modification, accidents, or normal wear.
Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, product photography, videos, software, and the PestPro™ name and trademarks — is owned by Pest Pro or our licensors and is protected by US and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any of it without our prior written permission.
User content
You may submit reviews, comments, photos and other content ("User Content") through the Site or our social channels. By submitting User Content, you grant Pest Pro a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, publish and display that content in connection with our marketing and operation of the Site. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to the User Content you submit.
Prohibited uses
When using the Site, you agree not to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation;
- Infringe upon intellectual property rights;
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information;
- Upload viruses or malicious code;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, other accounts, or our systems;
- Use the Site to harass, abuse, or harm others;
- Resell PestPro products without our written authorization.
Disclaimers
The Site and products are provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
PestPro is designed as a deterrent device, not a guaranteed extermination solution. Results vary based on environment, severity of infestation, and proper use. For severe infestations, we recommend consulting a licensed pest-control professional.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pest Pro and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising out of your use of the Site or products. Our total aggregate liability for any claim related to the Site or products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pest Pro and its affiliates from any claim, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your User Content, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
