60-day money-back guarantee

We stand behind PestPro. If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have 60 days from the delivery date to request a full refund. No questions asked, no need to return the device.

The short versionEmail support@pestpro.store within 60 days, include your order number, and we'll refund you in full.

How to request a refund

To start a refund:

  1. Email support@pestpro.store with the subject line "Refund request".
  2. Include your order number (starts with #), the email used at checkout, and a short note about why.
  3. Our team reviews and replies within one business day with confirmation.

Conditions

  • Request must be made within 60 days of the delivery date.
  • One refund per household per 12-month period.
  • Bulk and wholesale orders (10+ units) are handled separately — contact us for terms.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Refund timeline

Once approved, refunds are issued within 3 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the funds may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

Want to swap your unit for a different bundle or color? Email us within 60 days of delivery. We'll send a prepaid return label and ship the replacement once we receive the original.

2-year warranty

Beyond the 60-day refund window, PestPro is covered by a 24-month manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. To claim, email us with your order number and a short description of the issue (a photo or short video helps). We'll send a free replacement.

The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, modification, accidents, or normal wear.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the package and product. We'll send a replacement immediately at no cost to you.

Shipping costs

Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items. Return shipping for exchanges or warranty replacements is covered by us via a prepaid label.

Non-returnable items

  • Gift cards;
  • Sale items marked "final sale";
  • Items purchased from unauthorized resellers.
